The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our existing HR team as an HR Manager. As a key member of our HR team, you will oversee the full spectrum of HR activities, including supporting and advising on HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with employment law.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Management
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing.
Employee Relations and Engagement
  • Support employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
HR Policy and Compliance
  • Oversee HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
Training and Development
  • Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth.
HR Administration
  • Maintain HR records and manage HR-related administrative tasks.
Culture and Inclusion
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that reflects our firm's values.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in an HR management role, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment. You should have strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a high level of organizational skills.
