National Account Manager

Alexander Steele Recruitment is working exclusively with a leading branded food manufacturer to find a talented National Account Manager to join their Commercial team.
The role is responsible for managing the convenience and wholesale channel, with a focus on growing sales and profitability within designated customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full commercial and P&L responsibility for the convenience and wholesale channel.
- Manage all aspects of the relationship with multiple customers, primarily at Buyer level, to meet innovation, growth, sales, and profit targets.
- Develop and implement a 3-year customer development plan to grow the business and profitability within the account.
- Deliver Gross Margin and Net Sales targets for Branded business within designated customer accounts.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing national accounts within the convenience and wholesale channels.
- Branded FMCG product expertise.
- Significant sales achievements.
- Desire to progress your career in FMCG Commercial.
- Full clean driving license with ability to travel.
