National Account Manager Opportunity

Alexander Steele Recruitment is working exclusively with a leading branded food manufacturer to find a talented National Account Manager to join their Commercial team.

The role is responsible for managing the convenience and wholesale channel, with a focus on growing sales and profitability within designated customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full commercial and P&L responsibility for the convenience and wholesale channel.
  • Manage all aspects of the relationship with multiple customers, primarily at Buyer level, to meet innovation, growth, sales, and profit targets.
  • Develop and implement a 3-year customer development plan to grow the business and profitability within the account.
  • Deliver Gross Margin and Net Sales targets for Branded business within designated customer accounts.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing national accounts within the convenience and wholesale channels.
  • Branded FMCG product expertise.
  • Significant sales achievements.
  • Desire to progress your career in FMCG Commercial.
  • Full clean driving license with ability to travel.
