Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Psychiatric Nurse to join our team at Randstad Care Careers. As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with mental health needs in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive mental health assessments and interventions to individuals in the community
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health management and coping strategies
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
  • Mental Health Nursing degree
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
  • Minimum 12 months experience as a CPN within the past 3 years
  • Right to work in the UK (No Sponsorship Provided)
