Job Title: Trainee European Operations Administrator

Salary: £26,000 DOE

Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm

Job Overview

WR Logistics is recruiting on behalf of a leading logistics and freight company based in Bristol. As a Trainee European Operations Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the European Operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with clients, overseas agents, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Take bookings from Operations and input them into the system
  • Check customer invoices for customs compliance
  • Liaise with the Internal Customs Team to raise export paperwork
  • Resolve and manage queries and complaints courteously and efficiently
  • Charge and cost shipments
  • Resolve issues with Hauliers as needed
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role is desirable
  • Experience in logistics or transport is an added advantage
  • Reliable individual with good communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and under pressure
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Diligent with a high level of accuracy
  • High attention to detail
  • Numerate
  • Experience with Microsoft packages
