As a Business Development Representative at IFS Ultimo, you will be responsible for providing key outbound prospecting, sales support, and lead development for our Enterprise Asset Management software. You will engage with prospects and qualify them as valid sales opportunities, develop cold accounts into warm and targeted accounts, and work alongside Account Executives to set meetings and penetrate targeted accounts.

You will also maintain relationships with an assigned group of target accounts, develop value in working with IFS Ultimo, and understand the functional competitive advantages of our solution set. Additionally, you will work through 'Gatekeepers' to gain access to the relevant person/s in the prospective organization hierarchy and keep accurate electronic records of calls and contacts.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1+ years of proven software telemarketing, business development, inside sales, or software sales experience.
  • Ability to ask open-ended questions to uncover needs, learn more about the prospect, and better qualify.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Highly coachable, willing to learn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a specific emphasis on telephone skills.
  • Must be fluent in English.
  • Experience with contact management applications, such as SalesLoft or Outreach.
