Job Summary:

GCB Recruitment is seeking an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager to join our client's estate agency team in Chelmsford. As an Assistant Lettings Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective lettings business strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
  • Work closely with the Lettings Manager to achieve office performance targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Manage and maintain a strong relationship with landlords to secure future business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a range of lettings products and services to maximize income and profit.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business and personal targets, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in lettings, with a proven track record of business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • ARLA Qualified (preferred but not essential).
  • Full UK Driving License.
  • Results-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

What We Offer:

  • Up to £21,000 Basic (Depending on Experience).
  • Up to £40,000 OTE (Uncapped).
