Lettings Assistant Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Assistant Manager to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.

About the Role

  • As a Lettings Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the lettings team, managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lettings Manager in managing the lettings team and ensuring the smooth operation of the lettings department.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and increase business growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in lettings and estate agency is essential for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
