About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Partnership Officer to join our team. As a key member of our Philanthropy and Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering fundraising initiatives that support our existing corporate partners and secure new gifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Corporate Partnerships Manager and Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships to develop and deliver fundraising initiatives
  • Day-to-day account management of existing corporate partners
  • New business development and coordination of payroll giving programs
  • Research, prospect development, donor cultivation, and stewardship
  • Verbal and written presentations and associated administration
  • Contribution to projects within the philanthropy and partnerships team, such as events and webinars
  • Collaboration with the wider fundraising team on prospect development, funding opportunities, and volunteering
About You

We are looking for an excellent communicator with a background in fundraising or sales. You will be confident in speaking with supporters and have the ability to manage your own pipeline of donors. Agile decision-making and problem-solving skills are essential.

You may have fundraising experience, but this is not essential if you have sales experience. You will have:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in new business development, including identifying, researching, and contacting cold prospects
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to present ideas creatively and persuasively
  • Strong administrative, planning, and prioritization skills, with keen attention to detail
  • Competency with all standard Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience of using a supporter database or CRM
