A bit about the role...
A telephone /web based role to ensure that first class Customer Service and Supply is delivered at all times to Partnerships Partners by processing inbound orders and facilitation of equipment installations to invoice. Provide support to the Costa Partnerships team and be first line operational contact with internal, external Partners, suppliers and distribution partners.
- Responsible for accurate processing of inbound orders to meet Costa SLA’s and Partner expectations
- Provide Partners with a first point of contact for any query relating to the delivery of PTS in their business
- Responsible for co-ordination and facilitation of Proud to Serve equipment orders, by working with Sales, Suppliers and Partners to ensure that installations and training is successfully complete and invoiced on time
- Accountable for supporting the setup of new Partners and provide administration to support Costa ways of working
- Work within the team environment to deliver Team KPI’s.
