This is a great opportunity to join an established pharmaceutical company as a Sales Force Effectiveness Manager. Reporting to the Head of Market Access, Operational Effectiveness and Business Development the position has two critical functions. Firstly, to deliver routine and ad hoc Key performance indicator reporting across all required therapy areas. Secondly, to manage all systems that deliver or measure field force effectiveness for assigned therapy areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead on regular KPI reporting for all assigned therapy areas
Reports/analyses for Field Force, Area Business Managers, Marketing, Finance and senior management as required combining data from multiple sources to provide rich insight
Manage implementation of sales force customer targets/segmentation
Administrate CRM systems (MIS & MOBI) for required therapy areas
Implement Field force incentive schemes for assigned therapy areas
Manage Dispensing Dr scheme
Constantly monitor processes and contribute to continuous improvement; ensure the execution of existing processes and support the implementation of new processes to improve efficiency
Provide training and ad hoc support to Sales Force and other users of Sales Force effectiveness tools to ensure adherence to processes and SOPs
Provide support to Marketing, Sales and senior management on ad hoc analyses as required
