Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team at Office Angels. As the HR Officer, you will play a key role in leading the HR team and delivering an effective HR service to our staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Department Management: Ensure compliance with employment law and best practices, maintaining accurate records of staff information and ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to Line Managers on employee relations issues, overseeing the recruitment process and assisting with the induction and training of new staff.
- Staff Absence and Compliance: Monitor and review staff absence levels across the organization, ensuring staff compliance with safeguarding requirements.
- Appraisal and Engagement: Support the appraisal process and contribute to staff motivation and engagement initiatives, liaising with external HR consultants and management coaches.
Requirements:
- Experience in HR management, employee relations, and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
