Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team at Client Server. As a founding member of our tech start-up, you will play a key role in establishing our DevOps function and driving the implementation of systems, processes, and policies.

About the Role

  • Provide subject matter expertise on DevOps, establishing the function and putting systems, processes, and policies in place.
  • Work within a Microsoft technology stack, with the opportunity to work with various tech stacks depending on the client.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive the implementation of DevOps practices and ensure seamless delivery of software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of modern software engineering best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2.1 at BSc from a top-tier university, Computer Science or similar technical/scientific discipline.
  • Expertise with DevOps within an Azure environment.
  • Software engineering background (any programming language, C# or Python preferred) and strong scripting skills (PowerShell preferred).
  • Experience with Docker Orchestration via Kubernetes.
  • Experience with public cloud technologies; Azure, AWS, GCP.
