Residential Deputy Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Residential Deputy Manager to join our team at North Lakes Children's Services. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to our residential care staff, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to residential care staff
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and support for our young people
  • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to the development of our therapeutic programs and services
  • Collaborate with our management team to ensure the smooth operation of our services

Requirements:

  • Hold a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People's Workforce/NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Have a full, clean UK driving licence and be able to cover at other Residential Homes as and when needed
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Be willing to learn and develop your skills and knowledge
  • Be able to work well as part of a small team

  • Shift Rotation: 2 days on, 2 days off, with staggered start times ranging from 8am, 12noon or 2pm
