Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at the GP Federation Support Unit. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, using computer software to process and store information.
- Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including preparing documents and reports.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- GCSE in English and Mathematics (Grades A-C or equivalent)
- Good computer skills and experience with software applications, including Microsoft Office
- Minimum of one year's experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Experience working in a healthcare or medical environment
