About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and business transformations that enhance our customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support our senior leadership in the deployment of top-down organizational changes, assessing the impact of any change versus the current business process in place.
  • Maintain close relationships with internal teams to better understand market needs and challenges.
  • Actively identify areas of improvement using customer feedback, business data, and internal processes.
  • Steer our organization through the improvement journey using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC model and drive initiatives to completion.
  • Translate improvement proposals into a yearly project roadmap aligned with our overall business direction.
  • Lead the local deployment of agreed CI projects.
  • Provide input on new processes or standards with significant impact on business/function results.

Requirements

  • Minimal Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • English and Spanish advanced level.
  • Minimal Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified (or willing to obtain certification within the first 3 months of employment).
  • Knowledge of BPMN and Visio is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
