About the Role

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing, and motivating a team of self-employed Sales Executives, driving recruitment activity, and providing training and coaching to ensure the team meets sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of self-employed Sales Executives to achieve sales targets
  • Drive recruitment activity of self-employed Sales Representatives and Marketing Agents to complement the existing team
  • Provide training, coaching, and development to ensure the team meets company standards and policies
  • Encourage the Sales Team to generate leads through approved methods and manage leads from internal sources
  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver on the business plan and ensure sales targets are achieved
Requirements
  • Successful proven experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager with a track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ideal experience within the Home Improvements industry or similar
  • Highly motivated with the ability to motivate and guide people to achieve targets
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to meet strict deadlines in a targeted sales environment
  • Flexible towards varied workloads and working hours
  • Able to provide a consistently high level of customer service
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £24,000 basic with OTE between £50k - 100k, uncapped performance-related earnings, hybrid working arrangements, minimum 31 days holiday increasing with service, pension, high street discounts employee scheme, and employee product purchase discount scheme.
