Key Responsibilities- Develop, plan, implement, and optimize Annual Marketing Plans aligned with our partners' trade plans, with a strong digital-first focus.
- Optimize account-based retail finance credit performance for key strategic partners, driving acquisition and repeat spends through appropriate marketing channels.
- Enhance customer journeys by reviewing and actioning improvements to support both commercial partnership objectives and customer experience.
- Brief campaign production and data teams, adhering to internal processes and policies, to ensure timely and effective communication delivery.
- Present marketing updates and results at key partnership meetings on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accuracy and oversee the marketing budget.
- Continuously improve customer experience across all touchpoints, aligning with our digital transformation goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and cost-saving measures through a Continuous Improvement Culture and digital transformation.
- Experience in digital agency management.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, both internally and with strategic partners.
- Strong campaign management, planning, and briefing skills.
- Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Experience in Financial Services and App management (Desirable).
