Operations Coordinator

Position Summary: The Office Supervisor plays a vital role in providing comprehensive support across various departments including Sales, Marketing, and Creative, collaborating with a diverse range of international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver overall assistance in sales, operations, public relations, marketing, and creative initiatives.
- Maintain and update company databases encompassing sales, clientele, inventory, and more.
- Oversee the management of the office and showroom environment.
- Coordinate meetings, handle expense management, and arrange travel logistics.
- Serve as a brand representative, actively promoting the brand to external audiences.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an Office Supervisor, Administration, Operations, or a related capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in luxury sectors such as jewellery, interiors, fashion, or the arts is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Ability to independently manage projects and timelines while liaising with both internal and external stakeholders.
