Frontline Security Solutions UK is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Desk Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Record and manage incoming service support calls and emails in our CRM system
- Collaborate with our engineering team to schedule service visits for our international clients
- Communicate with service providers in EMEA and Asia Pacific to coordinate overseas service calls
- Procure and manage spare parts for call-backs and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Coordinate preventative maintenance visits with clients and engineers overseas
- Generate completion paperwork for preventative measures visits and address follow-up calls and remedial works
- Log LSP invoices for completed calls and work with our sales team to provide service quotes
- Provide regular updates on outstanding service calls to major clients
- Previous experience using a CRM or ERM software tool is desirable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in call logging and reporting
- Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Capacity to work under pressure with strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to use initiative to facilitate workflow
- Keen to support team members and demonstrate sound decision-making skills
