Concession Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Concession Deputy Store Manager to join our team at Mamas & Papas Arndale within Next. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and leading a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Concession Manager to achieve store KPIs and drive business growth
- Lead and motivate a team of Supervisors and Sales Assistants to deliver outstanding customer service and sales results
- Support the development and implementation of store strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve operational excellence and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
