About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Specialist to join our team at Wifinity. As a key member of our SHEQ department, you will play a vital role in promoting and supporting a positive Health and Safety culture across our UK customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Develop and deliver Toolbox Talks to promote positive SHEQ behaviors and ensure consistent understanding of areas of focus.
  • Maintain records of audits and inspections, including corrective actions and follow-up.
  • Support the development and improvement of our Management System and ESG journey.
  • Collaborate with the Operational Team to plan and undertake audits and inspections.
About You

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in SHEQ. You will have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to influence and promote positive safety behaviors, and a passion for national travel and face-to-face interactions.

Key qualifications include a NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent, a driver's license, and the ability to gain Security Clearance. Experience in the telecommunications sector or similar, as well as experience developing and delivering cultural change programs, are desirable but not essential.
