Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team at Pivotal London. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
The primary role of this new account manager will be to support the sales team in developing and executing account strategies, liaising with clients to activate campaigns, and reporting on progress and campaign optimization.
The role:
- Main point of contact for key accounts, resolving any client issues in a timely manner, and driving the day to day business forward.
- Develops account strategy that will maximize the amount of advertiser spend
- Partner closer with the sales department and manage all relationships post sales
- Consults to understand clients; business and brand objectives, and develops data-driven analysis to make recommendations to fulfill objectives
Requirements:
- Experience in a client-facing role at a media agency or AdTech vendor.
- Demonstrated track record of success in outstanding customer service and analytical skills
- In depth knowledge of digital media
- Be excited about joining an early stage scale up
