Join the leading Personal Training organization in the UK as a Fitness Coach. Here’s what YOUR Personal Training provides:

Fitness Coach at Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre

Part-time employed role as a Fitness Instructor, paired with a self-employed Personal Trainer license.

This exceptional position has been established through the ongoing collaboration between Greenwich Leisure Limited and YOUR Personal Training.

The role encompasses 20 hours per week of employment at Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre, alongside a Personal Training license with YOUR Personal Training.

This is a remarkable opportunity to develop your career with YOUR Personal Training and work alongside experienced PT Business Coaches, who are leaders in the industry. You will progress towards becoming a Fully Self-Employed Personal Trainer, managing your own successful PT business within this outstanding facility.

Key Responsibilities as a Fitness Instructor include:

· Conducting Gym Appointments, including Inductions and Reviews (comprehensive training will be provided)

· Creating engaging content for social media platforms

· Leading designated studio/gym floor workshops (scheduled in advance)

· Making calls to members booked for Gym Appointments to confirm their attendance

· Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the gym floor during downtime

· Engaging with local schools and colleges for outreach

· Performing any other reasonable tasks as required

This role is entirely focused on the gym floor and emphasizes member interaction, which is essential for building relationships and generating leads for a Personal Training clientele.

· An outgoing personality paired with a positive outlook.

A minimum Level 3 PT Qualification is required.
