Role Overview:
As a Fitness Instructor, you will be employed on a part-time basis, working 12 hours a week across three shifts. This role comes with a competitive monthly salary.
Simply Gym is dedicated to nurturing talent through management career development programs, designed to enhance your leadership capabilities and prepare you for future opportunities.
In addition to your employed hours, you will have the chance to operate your own self-employed Health Coaching business within the gym, allowing you to connect with a diverse pool of potential clients. Our dedicated support team is available to assist you in establishing and growing your business.
Responsibilities:
Your primary role will be to engage with gym members, ensuring they enjoy a premier experience during each visit. This includes maintaining high standards of cleanliness, interacting with members on the gym floor, conducting inductions, and leading engaging group exercise classes.
