Barre Instructor RoleAs a Barre Instructor, you'll play a key role in delivering engaging and effective group exercise classes that motivate and inspire our members.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality Barre classes that meet our members' needs and expectations
- Coach and motivate our members to achieve their fitness goals
- Work collaboratively with the club team to ensure seamless delivery of classes and services
- Ensure our members' safety and well-being at all times
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Barre Instructor who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional fitness experiences. If you have a passion for group exercise and a desire to inspire others, we'd love to hear from you.
Key qualifications include:
- NVQ Level 2 in Fitness and GroupXTraining Barre instructor qualification
- Excellent coaching and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
