About the Role
As a Barre Instructor, you'll be responsible for leading high-energy group exercise classes that challenge and motivate our members. You'll need to be passionate about fitness, have excellent communication skills, and be able to create a supportive and inclusive class environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Barre classes that meet the needs of our diverse membership
- Coach and motivate members to achieve their fitness goals
- Work collaboratively with the club team to ensure seamless delivery of classes and services
- Contribute to the development of new class programs and initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure member satisfaction
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Fitness and GroupXTraining Barre instructor qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for fitness and commitment to ongoing professional development
