About the Role
As a Group Exercise Instructor at Fitness First, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group exercise classes that meet the brand's standards.
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who are passionate about group exercise and can create a safe and invigorating environment for our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting group exercise classes that meet brand standards
- Upholding brand standards and creating a safe environment
- Driving regular attendance and achieving performance standards
- Creating fun and inspirational classes for all fitness levels
- Upselling other class concepts, referrals, and promotions within Fitness First
- Staying up-to-date with current fitness trends
Requirements:
- Level 2 Exercise to Music/Level 2 Fitness Instructor (compulsory)
- Level 3 Fitness Qualification (highly desirable)
- Les Mills Qualifications (highly desirable)
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (full-time or part-time)
- Approachable, friendly, and engaging personality
- Adaptable, creative, and positively proactive
- Continuous development and knowledge in the fitness industry
