Employed Fitness Instructor and Self-employed Health Coach.
Initially, you will be employed by Simply Gym on a part-time basis (12 hours per week), completing three 4-hour shifts as a Fitness Instructor, with a monthly salary.
Simply Gym is proud of its management career development programs, designed to enhance your leadership abilities and prepare you for future opportunities.
Additionally, outside of your employed hours as a Fitness Instructor, you will have the chance to run your self-employed Health Coaching business within the gym, providing access to a growing pool of potential clients. Our dedicated Business Support team is available to assist you in building a successful coaching practice.
Fitness Instructor Role Overview:
Your primary responsibility will be to engage with members, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience during each visit to Simply Gym. This includes maintaining cleanliness, interacting with members on the gym floor, conducting gym inductions, and leading engaging group exercise sessions.
