About the Role:
As a Fitness Coach / Wellness Instructor, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalized training experiences. We are seeking someone who embodies the following qualities:
- Approachable and Friendly: Your demeanor will set the tone for client interactions, making a welcoming atmosphere essential.
- Loyal and Dependable: We value commitment and a strong sense of responsibility towards our clients and team.
- Driven and Enthusiastic: A genuine passion for health and fitness is vital, along with a strong work ethic.
The ideal candidate will possess qualifications as a Personal Trainer or Gym Instructor. A background in Sports Science, Pilates, Yoga, or related fields, along with a solid understanding of anatomy and physiology, is also acceptable. While a minimum of 6 months of experience is preferred, a willingness to learn and professionalism are paramount. An upbeat personality and the ability to inspire clients are essential, as are excellent communication skills and the capacity to work independently. Comprehensive training will be provided through our Academy.
