About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Director to join our team at Skin + Me. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our retail strategy, driving business growth, and leading a high-performing retail team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Lead a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall retail experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of retail initiatives
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform retail strategy and optimize business performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, suppliers, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improve profitability
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in retail leadership roles, with a strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and marketing
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
