Role Overview:
This position involves assisting in the daily operations and oversight of maintenance activities for various commercial properties. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of assets on site.

Company Focus:
The organization specializes in a blend of immediate responsive repairs and scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, particularly in a camp setting, serving a governmental client.

Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals with prior experience in asset management; however, candidates with administrative backgrounds or those eager to advance into asset management roles will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in overseeing a schedule of maintenance works.
2. Liaise with clients to ensure proper management of assets, including onboarding and off-hiring processes.
3. Ensure compliance with agreed performance indicators.
4. Maintain and update internal customer databases and management systems.

Experience Requirements:
