Job Title: Asset Manager

Trevett Services is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to join their team in the Salisbury region. As an Asset Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of assets on a national Building Services and FM provider's Static MOD site.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with project teams to identify assets for onboarding and ensure accurate information is recorded.
  2. Collaborate with lab users to resolve issues with delivered assets lacking data recording and labeling.
  3. Record and verify asset data, including serial numbers, model numbers, PAT numbers, Oracle requisition numbers, and PO numbers, to ensure Maximo accuracy.
  4. Load asset data and manufacturer details onto the database and coordinate maintenance schedules with Operations Engineers.
  5. Monitor outstanding maintenance routines and highlight problem areas to the Equipment team.
  6. Manage the equipment numbering system and issue asset labels.
  7. Conduct critical spares assessments, including sourcing prices from suppliers, receiving quotes, and delivery times.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in resolving customer problems within specific contracts.
  2. Background in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or processing industries, with experience in GMP environments.
  3. Proficiency in Word and Excel spreadsheets and overall good IT skills.
  4. Preferably from an FM/Engineering background.
