Job Title: Director of Enterprise Resource Planning

At Jas Gujral, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Enterprise Resource Planning to join our IT leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM systems, ensuring seamless integration with associated software packages and legacy ERP applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement ERP and CRM roadmaps in collaboration with functional leaders and their organizations.
  • Oversee the successful implementation of ERP and CRM projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Specify and implement standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the quality, efficiency, and reliability of business applications.
  • Implement CSI's technology risk management framework, including information security, privacy, and disaster recovery.
  • Lead and coach the ERP and CRM team to their full potential, developing their careers and driving process change and communication.
  • Coordinate and contribute to end-user training, including the development of system documentation and training materials.
  • Assist with functional specifications of customizations and integrations required for Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM implementations.
  • Serve as the lead Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM technical expert on the development team.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in senior-level application management.
  • 12+ years of people management experience.
  • Proven ability to write effective system and process documentation.
  • Excellent leadership, management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Success managing complex systems implementation projects.
  • Functional knowledge of CRM capabilities for prospect-to-order, marketing, and field service.
  • Experience with connecting D365 with Azure data lake.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in an analytic discipline such as engineering, economics, or information management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM (CE), including LCS, DevOps, BYOD, Dual-Write (DataVerse), RSAT.
