POSITION SUMMARY
The Family Workers play a crucial role in managing the daily operations of the Visitors Centre.
As the initial point of contact for guests, they contribute to creating an environment that is inviting, comfortable, and conducive to meaningful interactions for both adults and children.
They will ensure the efficient and timely processing of all visitors and promote collaborative engagement within the community.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Facilitate a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.
2. Manage the flow of visitors to ensure smooth operations.
3. Support the development of programs that enhance visitor engagement.
4. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
