We are seeking a seasoned National Account Manager to lead our Distributor team on a maternity cover contract. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and managing retail account relationships, with a strong focus on sales and relationship management across multiple beauty categories.

The successful candidate will work closely with different markets globally, understanding their specific retail environments and consumers, and developing strong sales plans for each distributor. They will also be responsible for managing timelines, customer expectations, new product launches, sales, spend, and promotional cadence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the account, including timelines, customer expectations, new product launches, sales, spend, and promotional cadence.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with relevant business accounts.
  • Plan, develop, and implement business strategies with the customer for each brand and category within the remit.
  • Work with customers to ensure the brand is marketed and promoted effectively in all markets.
  • Ensure each retailer is active with our best-selling core items and strategically important SKUs.
  • Identify NPD opportunities based on customer insights and oversee the end-to-end implementation.
  • Analyse EPOS sales data and present at internal meetings.
  • Negotiate promotions, cost prices, and launches.
  • Engage in status and business planning meetings with the account and internal teams.
  • Create financial forecasts for the account and report performance to management.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a National Account Manager role or a similar executive position.
  • High proficiency in Excel.
  • Adaptability and flexibility.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Great analytical skills.
