The Opportunity:

Avantor, a leading global provider of mission-critical products and services, is seeking a skilled professional to join our Warehouse Team at MESM (Avantor Clinical Services). As a Warehouse Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our inventory and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate calibration certificates for new equipment and ensure they are accurately uploaded into the system.
  • Verify and upload old, paper certificates into the system, as well as certificates received via email as PDF documents.
  • Monitor daily demand for products from our hire fleet of equipment and collaborate with the in-house engineering department to ensure timely availability.
  • Assist the Stock Controller with weekly PI checks and annual stock checks in their absence.
  • Support the team with goods in, returns, dispatches, and the movement of product to and from in-house engineering, adhering to established procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to safe working systems and ISO 9001 processes, identifying potential hazards and reporting them to the line manager.
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring proper disposal or recycling of waste.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and accuracy skills.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Efficient administration skills with the ability to maintain records in a timely and accurate manner.
