About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Carer to join our team at a Residential Care Home. As a Senior Carer, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, providing training, supervision, and delegating duties on shift. You will also support with medication administration and ordering, reviewing and updating care plans and risk assessments, and liaising with healthcare professionals and residents' families.
