Senior Care Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Residential Senior Carer, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, providing person-centred care and support to our residents, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff, including training, supervision, and delegation of duties
- Administer and order medication, review and update resident care plans, and liaise with GP's, district nursing teams, and resident family members
- Support the development of a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment for our residents
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in residential care, with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care. You will also possess excellent leadership skills, the ability to make informed decisions, and a passion for delivering high-quality care services.
