About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Senior Care Assistant. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high standards of personal care and creating a safe, caring, and inclusive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, identifying any changes that may impact on care and ensuring that new needs are met.
  • Be involved in the person-centred care planning process, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating care plans.
  • Support residents with their medication requirements and undertake staff supervisions as needed.
  • Act as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives, and visitors, ensuring that any reasonable requests are acted upon and concerns or complaints are escalated.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable in all that you do. Our ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes, 2 years' experience working in a similar care environment, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
