We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Podiatrist to join our team at National University Health System. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert care to patients with a diverse range of medical and podiatric conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Autonomous Practice: Independently assess, diagnose, and manage patients with complex medical and podiatric conditions.
- High-Risk Foot Management: Recognize acute high-risk foot presentations and administer appropriate treatment and onward referrals.
- Diagnostic Testing: Make recommendations for diagnostic tests, such as bloods and x-rays, and interpret and act on data provided.
- Professional Development: Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest podiatry knowledge and skills.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise junior colleagues and line manage staff in specified workgroups.
- Education: Recognized Degree in Podiatry and post-graduate degree in a relevant area preferred.
- Skills: Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills, positive and collaborative attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and supervisory experience preferred.
