Job Title: Clinical Lead Podiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Podiatrist to join our team at North East London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing evidence-based comprehensive assessment, review, and treatment of patients with musculoskeletal and diabetic foot problems.

Main Duties:
  • Provide high-quality, timely, and accessible services for patients requiring musculoskeletal clinical intervention.
  • Work within agreed local care pathways, codes of practice, and professional standards.
  • Embed clinical quality guidelines and provide specialist and complex podiatry care for acute and chronic foot pathologies.
Person Specification:
  • Must hold valid HCPC Registration.
  • Evidence of postgraduate training to master's level, advanced clinical practice, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the area of specialism.
  • Sound demonstrable knowledge of NICE clinical guidelines relating to diabetic foot problems.
