Position Overview

As a pivotal member of our successful team, you will be tasked with managing relationships for a diverse portfolio of clients while supporting broader team initiatives. Your responsibilities will include leading and executing communications, coordinating various projects, and providing leadership in technical and governance/risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee high-quality pension services tailored for employers.
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of services to independent schemes.
  • Assist the Head of Employer Relationships in guiding the team.
  • Manage employer projects aimed at scheme growth and development.
  • Serve as a technical authority and coordinate manager development.
  • Implement service enhancements based on client satisfaction feedback.
  • Draft communications for employers, including announcements, booklets, and presentations.
  • Ensure services are in alignment with policies and governance frameworks.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pensions client relationship management.
  • Strong technical knowledge; APMI qualification is a plus.
  • Commercial awareness and polished presentation skills.
  • A demonstrated commitment to the values and objectives of the organization.
