Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to provide comprehensive support to our clinic teams and administrative functions, overseeing a total of 75 staff members across two locations. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be accountable for the entire employee lifecycle, from attracting top talent to implementing strategies that enhance engagement and productivity in a supportive work environment.
The HR Manager will serve as the primary contact for both management and staff, addressing a variety of HR-related matters to ensure all employees feel valued and empowered to excel. You will manage all HR administrative tasks using the newly integrated Personio ATS and HR system, ensuring accurate data management and preparing KPI reports to inform HR strategies. Leading current engagement initiatives and innovating new ideas to maintain a dynamic workplace will be essential components of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Utilizing the ATS to enhance the quality and efficiency of the onboarding process, tracking response rates to job postings, and evaluating applicant qualifications through screening and interviews.
- Facilitating regular performance feedback for all employees, including probation assessments, one-on-ones, and annual reviews, ensuring documentation is maintained for future reference.
- Participating in and delivering the Induction training program and other coaching sessions as needed.
- Creating employee feedback surveys and identifying initiatives to address the feedback, along with a communication plan to update the organization on progress.
- Preparing regular internal communications, including monthly newsletters and team meetings with educational components.
- Using the HR system to monitor attendance and vacation management, assisting Line Managers with these matters.
- Contributing to the definition of organizational structures, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes to foster high-performing teams.
- Developing and communicating new and revised company policies to promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.
