**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including styles, features, and benefits, to effectively recommend and sell to customers.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and operational goals, while maintaining a high level of store visual standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping experience.

**Requirements:**

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
