The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Calvin Klein. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Be the first point of contact for customers, answering questions and resolving queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, including features, benefits, and styling advice.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Assist customers with outfit building and provide recommendations on products and services.
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stockroom organization.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail or hospitality is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
