As a Customer Service Assistant Onboard, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to our passengers during their journey. You will play a vital role in ensuring that every traveler enjoys a memorable experience with Avanti West Coast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Possess a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Exhibit attention to detail and demonstrate problem-solving abilities.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude.
- Communicate effectively with passengers and team members.
Training:
The training program spans two weeks, conducted at a designated location, with accommodations provided during the training period.
