Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at The Guinness Partnership. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in providing financial expertise and support to our business leaders, ensuring the effective management of our financial resources and the delivery of our financial and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis and evaluation of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial performance.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders across the organization, including business leaders, finance teams, and external partners.
  • Review and analyze business processes to achieve financial improvements and contribute to the development of business cases for investment.
  • Contribute to the statutory and management accounts process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business leaders, ensuring they have the necessary financial information to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • CCAB or CIMA qualified with significant experience in finance partnering and business analysis.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience of working with complex financial and work management systems, including Oracle Financials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
