Job Description
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Oversee asset management across the organisation, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Lead supplier management initiatives to ensure quality and value for money.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Manage risks associated with procurement and supply chain, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain processes, leveraging best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally within FM, MRO, or asset management.
  • Expertise in contract management and negotiation, with a strong understanding of asset management.
  • A track record of working in the public sector, housing, or not-for-profit, with some private sector experience beneficial.
