Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Procurement Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our procurement function, you will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies that drive value and efficiency across the organisation.

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to drive value and efficiency.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Oversee asset management across the organisation, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Lead supplier management initiatives to ensure quality and value for money.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet procurement needs and drive business outcomes.
  • Manage risks associated with procurement and supply chain, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement and supply chain processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally within FM, MRO, or asset management.
  • Expertise in contract management and negotiation, with a strong understanding of asset management principles.
  • Strong knowledge of the public sector, housing, or not-for-profit sectors, with some private sector experience beneficial.
