Warehouse Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Assistant to join our team at Hackett. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for managing the stock movement of goods in and out of the store, ensuring stockroom disciplines are maintained to company standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Stock Control: Manage the stock movement of goods in and out of the store, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Stockroom Management: Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, ensuring all stock is properly labeled and stored, and that stockroom disciplines are adhered to.
- Shop Operations: Liaise with the head office Operations Administration team to ensure seamless stockroom operations and assist in the company stock takes and cyclical counting process.
- Administration: Ensure all transfer and delivery paperwork is filed daily and archived monthly in accordance with policy and procedure, reporting discrepancies and auctioning all negative stocks on a weekly basis.
Requirements
- Language Skills: English, level B2.2 (First Certificate)
- Personal Qualities: The Hackett spirit, adaptability and flexibility, results-driven, negotiation and influence, analytical thinking, and team leadership.
